We provide a flexible process which allows our customers to rely on our independent services, when entering the process.
We ensure strict quality control at every stage of manufacture: from the selection of the raw material, through the selection and specific cutting of the product according to the objectives, packaging and rigorous transportation of the various products to their application.
LOCATION
National and international raw material purchase.
Raw material purchase is made upon purchase of stone blocks and based on pre-established contact with several Portuguese and foreign stone quarries.
STONE BLOCK
Stone block extracted from stone quarry's geological resources.
National stone blocks are globally recognized as a quality stone, with this being essential in transformation process, since the better the stone the lower the losses, namely in the cut stage. Foreign stones are worked by using a similar process, fulfilling the same raw material and cut potential quality.
CUT / SLAB
The cut is made according to its intended function.
STONE BLOCK cut is made with accuracy, according to the intended function and paying attention the revenue each block may generate. The product is transformed into a work piece: the sawn slab which corresponds to the cut stone block. The manufacture process ensures specification execution and repetition, controlling quality and standardisation of manufactured pieces from start to finish.
DIMENSIONS
Transformed product resulting from the cut slab: Specific dimensions per type of project.
The company is able to perform customized projects which demand a specific cut and certain dimensions. In other cases, the slab cut is made with standard dimensions, in order to facilitate general intended applications.
DIMENSIONS
Although standardisation facilitates effective manufacture, the company is able to provide quotations and to manufacture upon customer's request.
